Noel was a limited release available only to those who bought the 'Super Dollfie Bible' and sent in the enclosed application form. The lottery closed on January 1st, 2005 and Noel was delivered to his owners in late January.
Noel is the same head as LE Phyllis and Lilith, and the FCS head F-06. He is one of the few Limited Editions to have a head that is available via FCS.
