(Japanese Name: 白灰)

This is the palest shade of grey available, much paler than GE-13 or GE-10.
They are quite a neutral grey, with an edge of bluish tone, unlike GE-10 or GE-13 which are more brown toned greys.
They are quite similar in shade to GE-23, except that they have less density.
